Let’s makes daily movement doable - at scale.
Why partners work with Every Child Active
Children’s inactivity is a daily problem, but much of the funding landscape still backs short bursts - pilots, campaigns, one-off delivery. The result is familiar: momentum fades, and the children facing the biggest barriers are still the least likely to benefit.
We exist to close the implementation gap - by removing the cost barrier and supporting everyday use of proven resources that fit real life.
Every Child Active is an access charity. We don’t build a large delivery infrastructure. We fund access to what works and help it reach the places it’s needed most.
Small daily changes, repeated at scale
When movement becomes a routine, impact compounds. The “2 billion minutes” figure reflects what modest daily increases can add up to when sustained across large numbers of classrooms.
Up to 60,000 classrooms
Around 2 billion additional active minutes per academic year
Enabled by ~£1.5m total funding at national scale
